LoopRX does not provide medical advice or replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional unless expressly stated by one of our authorised clinical partners.

3. Eligibility

To use our services you must:

• have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;

Healthcare professionals using LoopRX must hold the appropriate registrations, licences and professional indemnity insurance required within their jurisdiction.

• continuation of treatment;
• availability of any medication;
• suitability of treatment.

Clinical decisions are final and based upon professional judgement.

7. Orders and Payments

Where applicable:

• prices are displayed before payment;
• payment authorisation may occur before prescribing;
• payment may only be captured once treatment has been approved;
• approved prescriptions may be fulfilled by one of our authorised pharmacy partners.

Orders may be cancelled or declined where:

• clinical approval is not granted;
• payment fails;
• fraud is suspected;
• required information has not been supplied.

8. Delivery

Where medication is prescribed:

• delivery times are estimates only;
• delays caused by couriers, weather or events outside our control are not our responsibility;
• someone may be required to accept delivery.

Risk passes upon successful delivery to the nominated address.

9. Acceptable Use
